Browsing the site
The site uses no profiling cookies, no data-collection forms and no analytics tools that identify individuals. The hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, needed to run and secure the service. The map loads its tiles from OpenStreetMap: your browser sends the request to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers.
When you contact me
If you write or call, I use the data you give me (name, contact details, dates of stay) only to reply and to organise your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request. Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and for legal obligations.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Booking.com, Airbnb, Instagram and Google Maps lead to external services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to marishome145@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
